Sorry I am slow getting these on here


We celebrated Thanksgiving with Jim's family. The kids had lots of fun and kept singing " Turkey dinner, turkey dinner"

The first part of November Jim and I went to San Antonio to visit the Tripps. We had a great time. We went to the Alamo. Then we rode on a little boat at the river walk (which was beautiful). We went to these great outlet malls. At Jims request they found the greatest places to eat. We had a wonderful visit catching up on everything.

Fall Fun

The Dental office is coming along fast. We hope to be in sometime in Dec. They should be ready to sheetrock next week.
James has been playing soccer and he loves it. He finally made a goal for the right team.

The kids have had fun playing in the leaves, going to the pumpkin patch to pick out their pumpkins, and going up the canyon on the deer hunt to make smores.

I'm sorry to have been such a slacker at this. I kept taking pictures and thinking that "these would be fun to put on the blog" but I haven't made it downstairs to put them on. James has started preschool and loves it. He gets to ride the bus and goes 4 days a week. He is learning all sorts of things, the other day he came home and told me the Pledge of Alligence. Mary says that she goes to home school. She has recently exploded in her vocabulary and is hilarious. She loves to make people laugh and wants to be funny. She will say "is that funny" and if I say no she says "but I want it to be." Emily is growing like crazy. She is very observant and is rolling all over the place and can sit up. She has a cute little smile and loves to laugh at James and Mary.

TUMBLING

James had his tumbling program a couple of weeks ago. He has had a lot of fun this year learning to do cartwheels, backrolls, kickup, jump rope and other things. He is really pretty good at it. I helped with it most of the year and so Mary got to go as well, she like to do jumping jacks and hop scotch.

James and Mary love Emily. They love to talk to her and hold her. Mary especially and is a pretty good helper most of the time, sometimes she just likes to push the swing a little to high. Emily is growing so fast, she has a cute little smile that I have yet to catch with the camra.


A DAY OUT WITH THOMAS THE TANK ENGINE
If any of you have been able to talk to James lately you would know that he loves Thomas the Tank Engine. We play with the trains, sing the songs, read the books, play the games and watch the movies. James loves Thomas. He keeps telling me that he has two sisters so he needs two brothers named Thomas and Gordan. Mary also loves Thomas probably more by default be she to can name all the engines. They were both so excited when we went to ride Thomas when he came to Heber last week. We went with their cousins, who Morgan is as into it as James. The had a great time riding Thomas, meeting Sir Topham Hat, getting tattoos on thier cheeks, playing with the trains and everything else.

Emily

Emily was born April 9. She weighed 7 lb. 4 oz and 21 in. long. She is a good baby and is changing everyday. James and Mary are quite excited about her. Mary wants to hold her all the time.

Easter

Happy Easter!!

We had a fun Easter Weekend. The James and Mary loved coloring eggs with their cousins. Mary wanted all her eggs pink because pink is her favorite color. Later we went to the sand dunes and attempted to roll the Easter eggs. We were more succesfull at throwing them down the hills than rolling. James thought he was such a big boy to follow his dad and uncles around to play Bocchie.
