Emily's Birthday

Emily turned 1 on Thursday. I can't believe it, this year has gone so fast. She is a bundle of fun and is very busy.

I know this picture is motioney, but when she opened her doll her expression was priceless. She loves her doll. When I bought it at Target I had to put it in the cart right next to her, to keep her from bailing into the back of the cart.

Popcorn Popping in the Apricot Tree

Emily loves to go outside. She bangs at the door to go outside, especially if James and Mary are outside.

Our apricot tree has been quite pretty this week. So I decided to try and get a picture of all the kids in the tree.

The blossoms were too interesting to get her to look up.

Spring Time

One of our favorite activities in the spring is to ride out to see if the Eight mile water is coming down. The kids like to throw rocks in the water and see who can get the biggest splash.

Branding

We had a good time at branding a couple of weeks ago. Mary was scared of the cows. James loved poking them and getting them down the shoot. Jim was the official shot giver. Mary enjoyed flying her kite at the picnic. James' kite didn't fly so well.
