Easter Fun

We had all the cousins over to dye easter eggs. If it ever warms up and stops raining we will go to the sand dunes and roll them.

The kids had great time at the town easter egg hunt . We are finally getting a crew of Coats cousins.

Birthday Time

Emily turned three this weekend. She has grown up so fast. She loved it. She had been so excited for her birthday for so long. We had a great party with all the cousins. The only problem was she was so excited for her bike (which had been the bribe for potty training) and it was snowing outside.

We got home the other night from the temple and the kids were having a sleepover in the family room. Great babysitter!

catching up

All the Stephenson's had a great time at the Harlom Globetrotters. James loved it1

The kids are pretty good helpers. They love to clean bathrooms. They keep asking me for a chore chart. It will probably come this summer. James asked me it we could clean bathrooms every saturday. Mary loves to clean up and does a good job. She loves to do dishes and clean the sink. Her favorite thing is to get  the bottle of windex. She just keeps going she loves to wash mirrors and windows. I just hope she they still want to help me in ten years.

We had branding last weekend. It is one of the big farming events with the cows. The kids had fun helping. Then we had a picinc afterwards.

Jim was a good sport in letting the girls do his hair for almost an hour the other night. The girls love to do hair.  They had a great time!

What we have been up to!

Ok, I know I have been slacking on the blog. I have been wanted to put a few pictures up from our trip to St. George in Jan. We had a great time. The kids were so excited to get to be outside, and still are now that it has warmed up here.
Big news around here, we bought a house and moved in about 3 weeks ago. We are loving it. We are grateful to Jim's parent who let us live with them, but are glad to have our own space again. The first night we were here Emily stood up in her window seat and danced around (in her pannies, she had just gotten out of the tub) singing "I can't believe that we are in this house"
We are getting settled it was like Christmas to get out the old toys and things. Things are getting unpacked and it is starting to feel like home.
James has the "Jimmer" fever and obsessed with Jimmer. He loves to go downstairs and play ball. He has a Jimmer jersey and loves it. He even wrote is name as Jimmer Stephenson on his spelling test at school. Hopefully I will find my camera cord one of these days and can download some more pictures.
